Do I have to click every tweet to mark them read?

No, it is not necessary to unbookmark every tweet individually to mark them as read, that’s the beauty of the bookmark.  Just like with a real book, once you have read tweets, you can move the bookmark to your new location.  Select the last read tweet, and click the bookmark icon in the tweet button bar, just like that all the tweets before the bookmark are marked as read.  Or, to make it even easier, just click the Bookmark Newest button in the toolbar to automatically move the bookmark to the newest tweet in the list.

Why do some conversations show up with the wrong replies?

Sometimes a reply does not get associated with the correct tweet.  This can happen for a number of reasons.  Just typing @username to reply to a user will reply to their last tweet and not necessarily the one a user meant to reply to.  The web interface and some clients also do not currently mark the tweet that is being replied to, but reply to that users last tweet instead.  Starting with version 1.3, Syrinx will mark the appropriate tweet that was replied to.

How do I change my Growl Notifications?

All Growl preferences can be changed in a single location: OS X System Preferences.  From the preferences panel choose Growl, which is under the Other category.  Under the growl panel choose the Applications tab, and double-click Syrinx.  From here you can change the stickiness, appearance, location and several other characteristics about your Growl notifications.

Can I use the keyboard to navigate in Syrinx?

Absolutely!   Use ⌘-1 to jump to text entry and type in your status.  ⌘-2 will jump you to your bookmarked tweet.  Use spacebar to move the bookmark up one tweet at a time, and hit return to reply to the selected tweet.  Want more keyboard shortcuts?  Here’s a screenshot of the Tweets menu, listing some of what’s available:
